2. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions

These General Conditions aim to regulate access, navigation, and use of the Website https://www.ironchip.com (hereinafter, the "Website"), as well as the responsibilities arising from the use of its content and services.
For the purposes of these General Conditions, the Website shall be understood as:
  • The external appearance (or "look and feel") of the screen interfaces, both in static and dynamic form (i.e., the navigation tree).
  • The elements integrated into both the screen interfaces and the navigation tree, including, but not limited to, texts, images, sounds, databases, multimedia products, interpretations, artistic performances, recordings, photographs, broadcast signals, and, in general, all those creations and objects expressed through any means, known or invented in the future, whether or not they are subject to protection under the current legal system of intellectual, industrial property, or other analogous legal systems (the "Content").

3.2 Restrictions on the Use of Bots, Crawlers, and Artificial Intelligence

IRONCHIP does not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to collect users' personal information without their express consent. The information available on our website is obtained and managed in compliance with applicable regulations, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).
The use of any bot, crawler, scraper, spider, artificial intelligence, or automated tool to access, extract, collect, copy, index, or otherwise use the Website's content and data without the prior express authorization of IRONCHIP TELCO, S.L. is expressly prohibited.

The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password and personally assumes any activity performed or occurring through their use.
If the user provides any false, inaccurate, or incomplete data, or if IRONCHIP has sufficient reason to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, or contrary to the law, morality, and generally accepted good practices, as previously stated, IRONCHIP shall have the right to cancel the registration and deny access and use, present or future, of the Website or any of the Content and/or Services incorporated therein.
The user may cancel and deactivate their registration at any time using their username and password. IRONCHIP reserves the right to cancel inactive registrations after a reasonable period.

5. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Not interfere with or disrupt access to and use of the Website, servers, or networks connected to it, nor violate the requirements, procedures, and regulations of the network’s connection policy.
  • Inform IRONCHIP TELCO, S.L. of any security incident related to the use of their account or the Website.

6. Rights of the Website Owner

IRONCHIP TELCO, S.L. reserves the right to:

7. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights and Others

The Website, its design, structure, and all elements that comprise it, including but not limited to texts, images, logos, graphics, icons, software, databases, trade names, trademarks, and distinctive signs, are protected by current intellectual and industrial property regulations, including the laws of the Kingdom of Spain and applicable international treaties and agreements.

7.1 Ownership and Reserved Rights

IRONCHIP TELCO, S.L. is the exclusive owner of the intellectual and industrial property rights over the Website and all its content, services, and incorporated elements, including:

8.3 License Termination and Revocation

IRONCHIP reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify at any time and for any reason the licenses granted under these General Conditions. 11. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, the user acknowledges and agrees that IRONCHIP TELCO, S.L. does not guarantee the availability, continuity, or proper functioning of the Website, its content, or services, nor does it ensure uninterrupted or error-free access.
